d100 Experiment
Pick one challenging project. Give it 100. Celebrate incredible progress.
Looking for eight people. Not casting a reality show.
I am assembling a small group of people, each working on one big project they want to make better progress on, or have been putting off for way too long. For 30 days, we all commit to focusing on these projects, keeping each other moving, and by the end everyone has something real to show for it.
No pressure, no perfection. Just real people keeping each other honest and picking each other up when it gets hard.
Apply below and I'll follow up with next steps. If selected, simply do the work, keep the group posted, and finish with something to show. If you are open to it, I will do a write up on each person's progress at the end of the experiment.
The only rule is that it matters to you. Career, home, hobby, personal โ anything you keep putting off because life gets in the way.
- A work project that makes your case for a promotion
- The portfolio or side project that gets you the job you actually want
- A skill, tool, or craft you've been meaning to properly learn
- The hobby you used to love and slowly stopped making time for
- Something meaningful you're building for someone you care about
Every year I try to plan a few big personal projects to make the year as successful as possible. Some end up being hits, while others are painful 5 year misses (looking at you super sci-fi novel idea).
This past December I vowed to change it up. I realized I can't be the only one who could use a little group encouragement to stop adding misses to the record book. So this became my goal โ pull together a group of well intentioned people and find something interesting to finish. That's d100. Join me and let's make sure no tears spill into the eggnog this year over missed opportunities.
Probably. ๐คท Accountability groups, cohorts, masterminds โ none of it is new. But most of them fizzle, go corporate, or get too big. This is deliberately small and we're figuring it out as we go.
Not for this first one. ๐ This is an experiment. If it's great, future cohorts might have a fee. For now just show up and do the work.
You pick back up. Nobody gets kicked out for being human. The group is here to help you get back on track, not to shame you for falling off it.
That's up to you. The goal is to make significant progress in 30 days โ fighting for every moment you can. Some days that might be an hour, some days fifteen minutes. What matters is that you keep showing up.
There's no impressive bar here. Finishing the spare bedroom counts as much as launching a product. If it matters to you, it counts.
We'll share that with accepted members. Nothing exotic โ somewhere easy to access daily.
Bold of you to assume I have something worth selling. No course, no upsell, no surprise invoice โ and I don't need more emails from strangers. Check the box on the form if you want your info deleted when you're not selected. The only agenda here is that everyone ships something.
Tell me a little about you and what you're hoping to finish. I read every single one and hand-pick the group myself. If you're a good fit, you'll hear from me with all the details.
